Streamline hot holding with the FWE UHST-7, a slim-line heated mobile cabinet that preserves product quality from kitchen to serving line. A top-mounted forced-air system circulates heat evenly, while the adjustable thermostat lets you set holding temperatures from 90°F to 190°F for precise results.
Load up to seven 18" x 26" sheet pans or fourteen 12" x 20" hotel pans, and reposition the universal tray slides in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus. Standard 4-1/2" on-center spacing speeds staging for banquets, catered events, and high-volume service.
Built for the rigors of daily operation, the insulated stainless steel cabinet features a flush-mounted door for heat retention and an IPX4 rating for splash exposure. Push bars, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) enhance maneuverability through tight corridors and busy prep areas. UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified listings support foodservice safety and sanitation requirements.
