The FWE UHST-GN-3240-BQ heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume service for banquets, hotels, and institutions. It stages 32–40 covered plates (10-1/2" diameter) or 22 1/1 GN pans on 11 rail sets with 3" spacing to keep plating lines moving. Put it to work holding finished courses, consolidating trays, or timing service to the minute.
A top-mounted forced-air blower circulates heat for consistent results, while the adjustable thermostat sets a precise 90°F to 190°F holding range. The removable humidity reservoir supports presentation during extended holds, and two removable rod-type shelves adapt quickly to changing menus and pan sizes.
Designed for the floor, it maneuvers easily on 5" casters with push-bar handles at both ends and a full-perimeter bumper protecting walls and doorways. A gasket-sealed door with magnetic latch and insulated, fully welded stainless steel construction help lock in heat during transport from kitchen to ballroom.
