Keep banquets on schedule and plates service-ready with the FWE UHST-GN-4860-BQ heated banquet cabinet. A top-mounted forced-air blower circulates heat evenly, while the fully welded stainless steel, insulated design stands up to daily transport and demanding service.
Stage up to 48–60 10-1/2" covered plates or 30 1/1 GN pans across 15 rail sets on 3" spacing, then set holding temperatures from 90°F to 190°F with the adjustable thermostat. A gasket-sealed door with magnetic latch helps retain heat, and a removable humidity reservoir supports consistent presentation.
Built for busy operations, the cabinet rolls smoothly on 5" casters and guards walls and equipment with a full perimeter bumper. Push-bar handles on both ends and three removable rod-type shelves streamline loading for banquets, catering runs, and healthcare meal delivery.
