The FWE URS-10 is a mobile refrigerated cabinet engineered to hold cold food at a consistent 33°F to 38°F while streamlining back-of-house flow. Accommodating up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans on adjustable, removable slides, it helps chefs stage salads, desserts, and grab-and-go items with confidence. Quick Ship availability supports fast deployment for time-sensitive projects.
Electronic controls with a digital display make it simple to set and monitor cabinet temperature during prep and service. A bottom-mounted compressor and stainless steel interior and exterior are built for rigorous, daily use in high-volume kitchens. The single, solid door retains cold and simplifies operation.
