Keep chilled production organized and on schedule with the FWE URS-14 mobile refrigerated cabinet. Designed for high-volume kitchens, it holds 14 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans while maintaining 33°F to 38°F for salads, pastries, dairy, and mise en place.
Electronic controls with a digital display let staff check and adjust setpoints at a glance. A bottom-mounted compressor supports dependable performance in demanding prep or service areas, and two solid doors help protect product during transport.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, plus a full-perimeter bumper, this cabinet stands up to daily routes through hallways and back-of-house paths. Adjustable, removable tray slides allow quick reconfiguration for different pan heights, while six 6-inch casters (two rigid, four swivel with brakes) make maneuvering controlled in tight spaces.
