Keep plated meals cold and ready for service with the FWE URS-14-GN mobile refrigerated cabinet. Designed for high-volume operations, it holds 64–80 covered plates (10" max) and maintains 33–38°F with electronic controls and a clear digital display.
Configure the interior for your lineup using a removable pair of stainless steel racks with fixed 3" spacing plus four adjustable/removable shelves. Two solid doors and stainless steel interior and exterior support daily use and cleanability. The unit features a bottom-mounted compressor.
Move from prep to patient floors, banquets, or satellite service on six 6" casters (2 rigid, 4 swivel with brakes), with a full perimeter bumper for transport. Ideal for meal delivery cart workflows in healthcare, catering, and institutional foodservice, the URS-14-GN is cULus and NSF listed and meets DOE 19.
