Load 32–40 covered plates up to 10 inches in diameter on the removable stainless racks with fixed 3-inch spacing. Use the two adjustable/removable shelves to stage cold pans, desserts, or trays as your menu demands. A solid door and full-perimeter bumper help protect food and equipment during transport.
Dial in 33°F–38°F with electronic controls and a digital display for quick monitoring. The bottom-mounted compressor and all-stainless construction support dependable performance and straightforward cleaning.
