Equip your line with the Garland 36E Series heavy duty range, a 36-inch electric unit featuring all purpose sections and coil elements for day-to-day production on the cookline. Thermostatic controls provide straightforward heat management for efficient workflow throughout the day and repeatable results, while the stainless steel front, sides, and front rail deliver a clean, professional presentation in any kitchen.
The standard oven includes 3-position rack glides and one rack to support flexible pan placement and organized staging during service and prep. A 3-inch high vent riser provides rear ventilation to help keep the work area orderly, and 6-inch legs offer practical clearance for installation, maintenance, and cleaning. This range is rated at 20.7 kW and is cCSAus and NSF listed.
