The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C12-15M, is a gas, 12-inch modular Add-A-Unit section featuring a burner at the front and a 12-inch hot top at the rear within one compact section. Its front 35,000 BTU burner pairs with the rear 12-inch hot top rated at 15,000 BTU, delivering a combined 50,000 BTU across two defined heating positions. This dual-zone layout positions the burner at the front and the hot top at the rear for front-to-back orientation of cooking zones.
Construction details include a 7-inch backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box. This Garland unit is CSA Flame and CSA Star certified and NSF listed. Manufactured by Garland within the Cuisine Series, the C12-15M follows a modular Add-A-Unit format as reflected in its designation.
