In a 12-inch footprint, the Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty range delivers a modular Add-A-Unit platform. This gas configuration places a 35,000 BTU burner at the front and a 15,000 BTU 12-inch hot top at the rear, for a combined output of 50,000 BTU. The front burner and rear hot top arrangement establishes distinct burner and hot top zones within a single station, with the burner specified at the front and the hot top specified at the rear.
Construction details include a 7-inch backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box for a cohesive stainless exterior across these components.
