The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C12-8M, is a gas, 12" modular Add-A-Unit engineered with one 12" even heat hot top. Delivering 25,000 BTU, it provides uniform heat across the surface to support consistent cooking performance. The compact 12" footprint integrates into existing cooklines to add a dedicated hot top section without reconfiguring your entire range.
A 7" backguard pairs with a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box to create a cohesive station. CSA Flame and CSA Star approvals, along with NSF listing, validate compliance with recognized gas and sanitation standards.
