It features a 1-inch-thick steel plate paired with a 30,000 BTU burner within an 18-inch format. Hi-Lo valve controls allow switching between high and low settings so staff can respond quickly as ticket volumes rise during peak service.
Built for professional environments, the unit has a stainless steel front, sides, front rail, and burner box that present a clean, unified look on the line and support organized stations.
