The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range delivers a gas, modular-top charbroiler with an underfired broiler in a compact 18-inch format designed for versatile line placement. With 54,000 BTU, this configuration brings focused power to grill and broil on demand for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. By combining charbroiling and underfired broiling on one platform, it helps streamline station setup and maintain an efficient workflow.
Cast iron radiants work with a fixed cast iron grid assembly to provide a stable cooking surface and consistent positioning. A stainless steel stub-back, plus stainless steel front, sides, front rail, and burner box, create a cohesive, professional presentation across the line.
