Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range combines an 18" gas charbroiler with an underfired broiler, delivering 54,000 BTU of cooking power across cast iron components. Cast iron radiants pair with a fixed cast iron grid assembly to define the grilling surface with an all-iron interface. The underfired broiler sits directly below the charbroiler within the same unit, providing a single, dedicated cooking station layout.
A stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box compose the exterior in stainless steel construction. An open cabinet base completes the footprint beneath the cooking surface and leaves the lower section open. Height can be set on site with 6" adjustable legs, and the unit meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
