The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range delivers gas performance in a compact 24-inch Add-A-Unit footprint designed for streamlined cooklines. Its modular top griddle features a 1-inch thick steel plate and thermostatic controls to support deliberate temperature management during high-volume service. A 7-inch backguard is included. The Add-A-Unit format enables integration within modular cooklines.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, the unit provides a professional presentation and coordinates with existing stainless stations. A total of 60,000 BTU supports high-output cooking in busy operations. Certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, the C24-1-1M by Garland aligns with widely recognized commercial standards.
