Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C24-19M, is a gas configuration featuring a 24-inch (24”) plancha modular top with a steel plate cooking surface, manufactured by Garland. This plancha is available with either a 1-inch thick plate or a 5/8-inch thick plate, both constructed of steel and specified for this model. Natural gas (NG) input is rated at 40,000 BTU, powering the plancha module as specified by Garland in the Cuisine Series.
Hi-Lo valve manual controls provide hands-on flame adjustment between high and low settings on the cooking surface. A 7-inch-high (7”H) backguard is paired with a stainless steel front, stainless steel sides, and a stainless steel plate rail. For verification and listing, the unit carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF marks from Garland.
