Part of the Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range lineup, this gas 24-inch configuration combines a charbroiler and an underfired broiler in one unit for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. It uses briquettes throughout and features adjustable top grates, pairing classic charbroiling elements with grate positioning flexibility. Its construction includes a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box, matching a unified stainless presentation across these surfaces.
An open cabinet base and 6-inch adjustable legs are built into the design, complementing the range’s integrated charbroiler and underfired broiler layout. Overall input totals 90,000 BTU across the configuration, delivering the specified gas-fired output. The unit meets CSA Flame and CSA Star requirements and is NSF listed for recognized compliance.
