Product Description
The Garland C24-NRM Cuisine Series heavy duty range is a gas, 24-inch modular top charbroiler with an underfired broiler for charbroiling and broiling on the same section. It delivers 72,000 BTU for broiling and charring in a compact 24-inch section, ready to slot into existing lines. This modular top design supports integration into cooklines, helping chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers configure stations around specific menu production and space constraints.
Cast iron radiants and a fixed cast iron grid assembly define the charbroiler, with underfired broiler operation specified for this model. A stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box complete the build for a uniform stainless exterior. CSA Flame and CSA Star certifications, along with NSF listing, support specification and compliance across commercial foodservice operations.
