The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range combines a charbroiler and underfired broiler in a 24-inch, standard depth design suited to busy stations. This gas unit delivers 72,000 BTU for focused production on the line. Cast iron radiants and a fixed cast iron grid assembly provide a stable grilling surface for charbroiling and broiling tasks.
The stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box support a cohesive, professional setup across the cookline.
