The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, gas, 36 inches, combines two front fired hot tops with an open cabinet base in a single unit. Each hot top is 18 inches and includes removable lids and rings, enabling covered or ring-top operation as needed. A 7-inch-high backguard is included to complete the cookline-ready specification for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on workflow and presentation.
