The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, gas, 36", is built to keep your line moving smoothly. It pairs an 18" even heat hot top with an 18" front fired hot top, giving chefs two distinct surfaces for simultaneous tasks. Removable lids & rings support quick reconfiguration and straightforward cleaning, while a 110,000 BTU (NG) output powers both hot tops and oven use.
A standard oven with (1) rack extends your cooking capabilities beneath the hot tops, and the 7"H backguard helps maintain a tidy, professional workspace. The stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box present a clean, professional look, and 6" adjustable legs aid precise leveling. Certified to CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, this range supports the needs of operators, buyers, and facility managers who prioritize efficient workflow and reliable performance.
