Built for demanding service, the Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range (Model C36-11S) gives chefs a powerful, streamlined platform for the line. This 36-inch gas unit combines one 18-inch even heat hot top with one 18-inch front fired hot top, letting you move between steady heat and direct-fired control on a single station. Delivering a total of 70,000 BTU, it keeps pace with high-volume production.
Removable lids & rings provide flexibility across applications, while the open cabinet base supports an efficient cookline. A 7-inch high backguard and a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box deliver a clean, professional presentation. The unit is finished with six-inch adjustable legs and carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings for commercial use.
