The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-12C, combines multiple cooking methods in a 36-inch natural gas platform. It includes two 35,000 BTU open burners each, two 12-inch even heat hot tops, and a convection oven with three racks included. The unit is rated at 157,000 BTU (NG) and features a 7-inch backguard, with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box.
Stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box are paired with adjustable 6-inch legs and a 7-inch backguard. The convection system uses a 120V/60/1-ph, 1/3 HP, 0.6 amp electrical connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
