The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-12R, delivers a 36-inch gas platform built for demanding service. Its cooktop combines two 35,000 BTU open burners with two 12-inch even heat hot tops in one footprint, providing open-flame cooking and even heat surfaces side by side. A stainless steel front and sides present a clean, professional look for the cookline and surrounding equipment.
The standard oven includes one rack, and the unit also features a 6-inch backguard and 6-inch adjustable legs for stable setup. Total input is 160,000 BTU (NG), and the unit is listed to CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
