Built for demanding kitchens, the Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range delivers a 36-inch gas platform that integrates multiple cooking zones. It pairs two 40,000 BTU open burners with an 18-inch even heat hot top, combining direct-flame and hot-top coverage in a single workstation. A standard oven is included, and the oven ships with one rack for immediate use.
A 7-inch high backguard, stainless steel front, stainless steel sides, stainless steel plate rail, and stainless steel burner box, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, establish a cohesive installation. With a total input of 152,500 BTU (NG), this configuration provides specified power to the open burners and the even heat hot top. It meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications as listed.
