Product Description
Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, gas, 36-inch, features three 35,000 BTU open burners at the front and three 15,000 BTU hot tops at the rear, for a total of 187,000 BTU (NG), operating on natural gas and combining these surfaces within a 36-inch frame. An integrated convection oven includes three racks, and the unit includes a 7-inch-high backguard. This Garland Cuisine Series configuration provides both open burners and hot tops in one 36-inch gas unit from Garland.
The construction includes a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, matched with 6-inch adjustable legs. For utilities and compliance, it provides a 120V/60/1-ph, 1/3HP, 0.6-amp connection with a NEMA 5-15P, and carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings.
