The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-19C, pairs a gas-fired 36-inch plancha with a robust platform for the line. Its steel plancha plate is available in 1-inch or 5/8-inch thicknesses and is driven by 97,000 BTU (NG) with Hi-Lo valve manual controls for simple, repeatable settings. A 7-inch backguard, stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail, plus 6-inch adjustable legs contribute to a clean, professional installation.
Below, the convection oven includes three racks to stage multiple pans, while the 120V/60/1-ph, 1/3HP, 0.6 amps connection connects via NEMA 5-15P.
