Select a steel plate in 1 inch or 5/8 inch thickness, both operated by Hi-Lo valve manual controls with simple low and high settings. Designated model C36-19M, this configuration is part of Garland’s Cuisine Series heavy duty lineup for operations that specify a dedicated plancha on the range.
