The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty range, model C36-2-1C, brings flexible cooking in a 36-inch gas configuration. A left-only 24-inch griddle with a 1-inch thick steel plate and thermostatic controls pairs with two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right to organize tasks side by side. This purposeful layout supports efficient workflow between griddle work and burner applications, while a convection oven below includes three racks.
Construction features a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, plus a 7-inch backguard and 6-inch adjustable legs for a polished, consistent setup. Total input is 167,000 BTU (NG), and the unit connects to 120V/60/1-ph, 1/3 HP, 0.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P.
