The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range is a 36" gas unit with a modular top built for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. It combines two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right with a 24" griddle on the left, constructed with a 1" thick steel plate. Thermostatic controls manage griddle temperatures with accuracy, supporting consistent output during daily peak service.
Its stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box create a clean, professional presentation that integrates seamlessly on the cookline. A 7" backguard provides rear coverage, while the system delivers a total of 130,000 BTU (NG) to meet demanding production needs.
