Built for the line, the Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range delivers gas-fired performance in a 36" configuration for high-demand kitchens. Two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right pair with a 24" griddle on the left, featuring a 1" thick steel plate and thermostatic controls to support organized production. As part of the Cuisine Series, this heavy duty gas platform lets teams balance burner and griddle work on a single footprint.
This unit includes a standard oven with one rack for added capacity. The stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box are complemented by a 7" backguard and 6" adjustable legs, aiding straightforward placement on the line. Total output is 170,000 BTU (NG), and the range carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings to align with performance and compliance goals.
