Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range, model C36-2-1S, is a 36-inch gas unit with distinct right- and left-side cooking zones. This configuration places two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right and a 24-inch griddle on the left, anchored by a 1-inch thick steel plate with thermostatic controls. Total output is 130,000 BTU (NG) for this 36-inch footprint.
An open cabinet base provides access to supplies, and a 7-inch backguard pairs with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box. Six-inch adjustable legs allow leveling, and CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings address specification needs for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Front, sides, plate rail, and burner box are stainless steel to present a unified, professional line.
