The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-2C, streamlines a 36-inch cookline with (2) 35,000 BTU open burners on the right and a 24-inch griddle on the left with a 1-inch thick steel plate. Hi-Lo manual valve controls provide straightforward adjustment of burner and griddle settings. A convection oven with (3) racks supports baking, roasting, and finishing to maintain an efficient workflow.
The stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box support a clean, professional presentation. A 7-inch high backguard and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify placement and leveling. Delivering 167,000 BTU (NG) and powered by 120V/60/1-ph, 1/3HP, 0.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this NSF, CSA Flame, and CSA Star unit brings combined top-surface and oven performance to a compact 36-inch footprint.
