Two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right deliver focused heat for sautéing, boiling, or finishing, while a dedicated 24" griddle on the left streamlines batch cooking and à la carte sears. The griddle’s 1" thick steel plate pairs with Hi-Lo manual valve control to match daily prep demands and service rushes, helping chefs move from burners to griddle without breaking workflow.
Built to stand up to continuous use, this unit features a 7"H backguard and a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box that present a clean, professional station. With a powerful 130,000 BTU (NG) total output, it meets CSA Flame and CSA Star standards and is NSF compliant.
