The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-2S, optimizes a 36-inch footprint for high-output cooking. Two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right pair with a left-side 24-inch griddle featuring a 1-inch thick steel plate to support simultaneous pan work and flat-top production. Hi-Lo manual valve controls let teams adjust heat with clarity across stations.
A stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box present a clean, cohesive workspace for daily service. An open cabinet base, a 7-inch backguard, and 6-inch adjustable legs support practical line integration and installation.
