Product Description
Built for demanding service, the Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty gas range optimizes a 36-inch footprint with dual cooking surfaces. The left-side 24-inch griddle uses a 1-inch thick steel plate with thermostatic controls for controlled temperatures. On the right, a 12-inch even heat hot top provides an even cook surface. Together, these stations and the convection oven centralize griddle work, hot-top cooking, and baking in one 36-inch unit.
A convection oven is included and comes with three racks. The range also features a 7-inch backguard, stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, plus 6-inch adjustable legs. It provides 122,000 BTU (NG) and uses 120V/60/1-ph power with a 1/3 HP, 0.6 amp connection via a NEMA 5-15P. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listed.
