The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, gas, 36-inch, combines a left-side 24-inch griddle with a right-side even heat hot top to support line service. The griddle features a 1-inch thick steel plate with thermostatic controls for settable griddle temperatures. This 36-inch gas configuration unites two cooking zones in one unit and includes an open cabinet base plus stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box.
An open cabinet base pairs with a 7-inch backguard, and the stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box present a professional finish across the cookline with stainless steel construction. Six-inch adjustable legs aid leveling. With 85,000 BTU and CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings, this Garland Cuisine Series range meets these certifications.
