A 24-inch griddle on the left features a 1-inch thick steel plate with Hi-Lo manual valve controls for responsive heat, while a 12-inch even heat hot top on the right delivers a steady cooking surface. A 7-inch backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box support a clean, professional presentation and daily durability.
The convection oven includes three racks, and the range delivers 122,000 BTU (NG) of cooking power. It uses a 120V/60/1-ph connection with a 1/3 HP, 0.6-amp draw and a NEMA 5-15P plug, while 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support compliance for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
