A left-side 24-inch griddle with a 1-inch-thick steel plate and Hi-Lo manual valve control delivers responsive heat for consistent searing, finishing, and holding. On the right, a 12-inch heat hot top expands your pan capacity while a 7-inch backguard helps contain splatter and protects surrounding surfaces.
