Designed for professional kitchens, the Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, gas, 36-inch, combines a left-side 24-inch griddle with a right-side even heat hot top to handle multiple tasks at once. The 1-inch thick steel griddle plate and Hi-Lo manual valve controls offer straightforward operation and heat management. With the even heat hot top on the right, teams can work side by side and manage each surface separately for an efficient workflow.
A standard oven below, including one rack, adds capacity beneath the cooktop. A 7-inch backguard helps contain splashes, and the stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box support a clean, professional presentation. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling, while the unit delivers 125,000 BTU (NG) and carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings.
