Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-4-1C, brings versatile production to a compact 36-inch line. Two 40,000 BTU open burners on the right handle high-heat tasks, while a left-side 18-inch griddle with thermostatic controls and a 1-inch thick steel plate supports griddle production. This layout lets crews work open flame and flat plate at once, consolidating multiple stations.
A convection oven expands capability and includes three racks. The unit is rated at 147,000 BTU (natural gas) and uses 120V/60/1 power with a 1/3 HP motor drawing 0.6 amps via a NEMA 5-15P. It also features a 7-inch backguard, stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, 6-inch adjustable legs, and CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications.
