Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty range, model C36-4-1R, is a 36-inch gas unit designed with two 40,000 BTU open burners on the right and an 18-inch griddle on the left only. Its griddle uses a 1-inch thick steel plate with thermostatic controls to set and maintain target surface temperatures, and the range is rated at 150,000 BTU (NG). This configuration enables burner and griddle work at the same time on a single platform.
A standard oven with one rack is included, and the front, sides, plate rail, and burner box are stainless steel construction. A 7-inch backguard and 6-inch adjustable legs are included as standard components. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications are listed by Garland.
