Two 40,000 BTU open burners on the right deliver focused heat, while an 18-inch griddle on the left uses a 1-inch thick steel plate for even, repeatable performance. Hi-Lo manual valve controls help staff set the ideal flame and surface settings, and the unit provides a total of 110,000 BTU (NG).
A 7-inch backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box present a clean, professional look and stand up to daily use. This 36-inch modular top range carries CSA Flame and CSA Star certifications and is NSF listed, supporting safety and sanitation goals for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. With right-side burners and a left-only griddle, clearly defined zones support an organized workflow on busy lines.
