Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-4S, is a 36-inch gas unit from Garland designed with side-by-side burner and griddle stations. Its cooktop combines two 40,000 BTU open burners positioned on the right with a left-only 18-inch griddle, set on a 1-inch thick steel plate on the griddle surface. Hi-Lo manual valve controls serve both sections, and the unit delivers 110,000 BTU (NG) for natural gas operation.
Construction highlights include a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, plus a 7-inch high backguard to complete the cooktop. An open cabinet base provides an open lower compartment, and 6-inch adjustable legs permit height adjustment during installation. The unit is listed by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
