Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range (model C36-5-1C) combines an 18-inch griddle on the left and an 18-inch even heat hot top on the right within a 36-inch gas footprint, delivering two distinct cooking surfaces in one unit. The griddle features a 1-inch thick steel plate with thermostatic controls for set temperature selection across the griddle surface. A 7-inch backguard pairs with a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box to complete the assembly.
A convection oven below includes three racks. Total input is 99,500 BTU (NG), and the unit connects to 120V/60/1-ph power, 1/3HP, 0.6 amps, using a NEMA 5-15P plug connection. This Garland model is certified CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
