Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-5-1R, is a 36-inch gas unit from Garland. The left side features an 18-inch griddle with a 1-inch thick steel plate and thermostatic controls, while the right side provides an 18-inch even heat hot top. This configuration places the griddle on the left only and the hot top on the right.
A standard oven is included and comes with one rack. The exterior features a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, plus a 7-inch backguard. Set on 6-inch adjustable legs and rated at 102,500 BTU (NG), it carries CSA Flame and CSA Star designations and is NSF compliant.
