Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range features a 36-inch gas modular top with an 18-inch griddle on the left and an 18-inch even heat hot top on the right. The griddle uses a 1-inch thick steel plate, and cooking is managed with Hi-Lo manual valve controls. A 7-inch backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box create a clean, durable cooking station.
This configuration delivers 62,500 BTU and meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings. Chefs and operators can use the left-side griddle and right-side hot top together to coordinate menu items on a single 36-inch platform.
