Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-6M, is specified as a gas, 36-inch modular unit from Garland. Its cooking top incorporates six 35,000 BTU open burners, arranged to supply a combined input of 210,000 BTU (NG) across the burner area for the unit. A 7-inch backguard is integrated into the design as part of the rear section of the range, specified at 7 inches high.
Construction highlights include a stainless steel front and sides, along with a stainless steel plate rail and stainless steel burner box on the exterior. This Cuisine Series configuration maintains the open-burner layout within a stainless framework around the working section of the unit, including the front, sides, plate rail, and burner box. The C36-6M meets CSA Flame and CSA Star standards and is NSF listed.
