The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range (model C36-6SUM) is a 36-inch modular gas unit equipped for high-output production. It features three 35,000 BTU open burners and three 35,000 BTU step-up open burners, creating a practical two-tier arrangement across the cooktop. With a total of 210,000 BTU (NG) available, this configuration delivers high heat on every burner.
A 7-inch high backguard pairs with a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box to present a uniform stainless workspace. CSA Flame and CSA Star compliance, along with NSF listing, align the unit with common commercial kitchen standards. Designed within the Garland Cuisine Series, this heavy duty range offers a balanced layout with standard open burners and step-up open burners.
