The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range is a 36-inch gas unit with four 40,000 BTU open burners and a convection oven. It is part of the Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty lineup, and the oven includes three racks while the range features a 7-inch backguard. This configuration supports simultaneous stove-top and oven production during peak periods to keep service moving for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
It features stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box, plus 6-inch adjustable legs. Total input is 197,000 BTU (NG), with a 120V/60/1-ph connection powering a 1/3 HP, 0.6-amp circuit via a NEMA 5-15P.
